How we work

This is Priscila's lane. She comes from operations and finance; her job is to translate design ambition into trades that show up Monday morning and invoices the client can defend line-by-line.

Investment

Typically billed hourly or as a percentage of construction value (2–6% depending on scope and duration). Quotes always come with a clear scope letter.
